Exactly fit for the intended purpose

One of the brackets just not fit. My mechanic said the holes are on the wrong side or something it's not a part that can be flipped over. He said it looks like it's a front bracket and he needs the one for the middle or something like that. I'm going to see if my Nissan dealer locally has the right one. Other than that the only issue I have is the amount of time that it took to fill the order but I realize that sometimes things do take time so I can appreciate that you stayed in contact. Thank you

I ordered what was identified as a tailgate lock motor, what I received was the latch actuator; does not fix the problem. It was shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable time but doesn’t correct my problem.

Your parts listing of what is in the Kit needs to be complete as it is I called and no one could tell me exactly what parts part of the Clutch kit are actually in the kit, before ordered and showed up. as it was extra parts had to be ordered causing delays in repair time. extra shipping etc. this all could be avoided with a listing of parts included in the Kit.

I ordered a roof rack for my Nissan Ariya. When it came, several clips on it were broken. I tried reaching out by the website support page but never heard anything back. I tried calling. First call, they passed me off to the shipping insurance, but the damage pretty clearly didn't happen in transit (the box was in perfect condition). So I called again and was told they'd get back to me. They didn't. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved.

Genuine Nissan parts are not cheap. At least they're a little less expensive on this site. Parts worked great and delivered promptly.
