the five items in this order could have shipped together in one box not five different boxes

I did not receive the part I ordered and it took 2 weeks to finally convince them that they sent the wrong part I did not order the wrong part. Then I had to say I would go to the top for a return label to be sent and now it’s been over a week they have had their part and I haven’t received a refund yet. My car is still broken.
