Even though the manufacturer messed up, Mitch went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of my Titan kayak. I will for sure return to Next Adventure for the purchase of any future kayaks.

I am so glad I found Next Adventure! I ordered the Merrell Zion x Unlikely Hikers boots (very comfortable by the way), which were hard to find anywhere in my size. Next Adventure popped up and had the best price, plus I received the boots so fast! Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Brad and the rest of the crew showed their appreciation for seeing my vintage 1990 snowboard in the store, in many ways. In addition, and more importantly, Brad helped my daughter with boots, helmet and goggles as she is trying the board out on her way to her own journey on the slopes. He was enthusiastic, welcoming, and accommodating. And, yes, knowledgeable.

Ordered my daughter's skis for Christmas and the USPS couldn't track them. Knowing it was an important Christmas present the customer service team got a message to the owner and the next thing I knew they were getting another set out to ensure a Merry Christmas!! The owner personally got involved and sent them out via overnight. Skis arrived in perfect condition and best priced on all sites by far. I recently used Next Adventure to purchase skis, ski bindings and crampons. The customer service I received from Next Adventure was outstanding!! The staff that who assisted me initially, Chris B. was very informative, patient, generous with his advice and time. Knowing they didn't have the crampons that were best choice for me, he still gave me great advice. Because of that, I returned there for skis and bindings. I got great deals, and again fantastic service when purchasing skis and bindings, which can be very time consuming with all the selections we have this days. All staff I spoke with via phone was very friendly and polite but Ryan S. was truly fantastic with his customer service and knowledge! During this process we actually ran into a glitch and the way they handled the problem, made me trust them even more. They really do strive to provide an exceptional service, not just saying that in their motto. I definitely recommend them to all outdoor enthusiasts. Bianca K.
