I bought a new snowboard set-up last week. I was so excited to try them out, BUT my bindings wouldn't fit??? I took my set-up in to have the tune-up shop help me out and they saw that the snowboard inserts were too narrow! They offered to rig it so it would work, but they could tell I wasn't too excited about that idea. Although it was after hours, the tech guy swapped out the board for a new one and set it all up for me to make sure it would fit. I feel he went above and beyond. I've been going to Next Adventure for over 20 years for the awesome deals and incredible vibes, but they've also got the best customer service! Thanks so much for being so awesome!
