Demo Delight!
We are a middle aged couple who signed up to demo some kayaks at Next Adventure - Scappoose Bay. Ellie was experienced and helpful in supplying us with several kayak and paddle choices to try out on the water. We enjoyed the experience so much, that we decided to purchase! Paul was super knowledgeable and set us up with two Eddyline kayaks plus Whisky paddles and some life jackets. We left satisfied and prepared to explore future lakes and rivers. Many thanks to all the employees who helped us. We highly recommend Next Adventure for your next adventure!

How to rate Next Adventure?
How to rate Next Adventure? Ok, I received the wrong stove, so I contacted them. Very helpful, responsive customer service. Two weeks of frequent communication and the bottom line was no stove for me. Inventory showed one should be available, but it couldn’t be located. I received a return label and was able to locate the desired product elsewhere.

How to rate Next Adventure? Ok, I received the wrong stove, so I contacted them. Very helpful, responsive customer service. BEST STAFF EVER
I live in Ohio but couldn't find the Zen 3 anywhere close so found what I wanted (on sale!) online @ Next Adventure in Oregon. I placed the order and then about an hour later thought I maybe kinda sorta liked a different color more. Called customer service , spoke with ALEX, asked him if I could change the color, and he said sure, let me go to the warehouse and make sure it is there (they were showing only one of that color). Who goes out of their way, to the warehouse, to check if the stock is really there? Alex does. Turns out the color wasn't there, but I sure appreciated the effort. Alex even gave me a store credit because the color wasn't there, which I used immediately toward a new spray skirt. They got the boat out the next day, and I had it a week later. It was wrapped like a baby but prettier. I couldn't locate mfrs. paperwork in the boat, so I let my new bud Alex know, and now I have the paperwork, and life is good. I am an old, old dude, getting back into whitewater boating after a 15-year layoff, and can't wait to see if I have ANY of the skills I used to have. Alex literally could not have been more helpful. Thanks, Alex, great customer service!

Great service and employees
They have great customer service and great staff members! Alyssa invited our college class to participate in a kayak/stand up paddling board exercise activity. It was a great time being in the water and being able to enjoy the beautiful weather. Alyssa and her coworkers were very welcoming and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about the equipment that we used. I would defiantly recommend.

I purchased a gift card for my daughter, with a request to leave a little birthday note indicating it was from me. She received the gift card quickly, along a few other delightful goodies, and a charming personalized artsy card. You went out of the way to make this simple gift so very special. TOP NOTCH - Amazing Customer Service
AMAZING customer service and focus - I ordered some dry bags for paddling. They were shipped VERY fast and seamless - unfortunately one of the bags came from the manufacturer with a slight adhesive defect that was only discoverable upon trying to USE the bag, and it made it unusable in a waterproof scenario. I reached out OVER THE WEEKEND and within hours got an email back with clear communication about what to do, how it would be replaced, and a shipment was sent out before I had actually even gotten the email. SO appreciate companies like this - I will ABSOLUTELY be back. 5-Stars isn't enough.....

When we received the birthday gift package for my husband, it put a huge smile to our faces :))) The packaging was soooooo personalized and cute. The art work on the homemade wrapping paper was priceless :))) The product was in top shape and super comfortable. As a bonus, a stylish t-shirt was included for free :))) very happy with this transaction.

I had to cancel 2 paddle boards that I had pre-rented, and was concerned that I wouldn't get any refunds whatsoever because of the policy in place. But the gentleman on the phone was so kind, and understood why I wasn't able to call earlier (I work 12 hours days: 6 days a week). He gave me a full refund, and it made my day.

12 cup enamel ware percolater
I purchased what was supposed to be a 12 cup perculator but it does not hold 12 cups with the basket in. Am disappointed. Of course I had removed the sticker on outside so I suppose it's not returnable. It said 12 cup perculator so I thought I would able to brew 12 cups. Can't trust anyone these days.

I was in the store today picking up some last-minute items for a ski trip. (BTW, the only store in the area that had a Camelback for skiing in stock.) The staff was super helpful taking me right to the items and friendly at checkout. When I got home I realized my phone was missing. Panic! But we called, and Alex at the call center went above and beyond, trekking across the street to search the store until he found it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Snowboard setup at the Sandy Store
Got my son a snowboard, bindings, boots from the Sandy store. Sara helped us out during the whole process. She provided great service, super knowledgeable (not to mention very cool and full of stoke). Would definitely give them my business again.

I am located in Indiana, but when it comes to needing an outdoor activity item, Next Adventure is where I turn. I have had many a conversation with staff out there looking for a particular item, or just to get more information on something. Always I have received nothing but really friendly, and spot-on help. And the daily deal email always brings a smile and often a great buy to my day. My only complaint....the three-hour time difference....
