Excellent customer service service

I got exactly what I needed and the service was quick.

I was contacted initially to sign papers for my workers compensation policy. When they got my reply they noticed that I had been overpaying for coverage and immediately adjusted my policy to fit my needs, handled all paperwork and they even reimbursed over 130$ I had over paid! 11/10!

I am not satisfied with the service. Every time I need to make changes to the COI, I have to contact support and wait for a response. On top of that, they made a mistake which caused me to waste valuable time. This creates major inconvenience.

Once you have the correct number getting a hold of a person is no problem. Good rates for good coverage.
