I called for help completing my COI. I also found out I can call the company if I have issues and need help figuring things out on the website. Agent completed my COI and sent it to me immediately. I has able to get it to the requester on time. Agent also reviewed my existing policy and upgraded and renewed the policy for a little less money. I also received a new payment date that is during the beginning of the month which is vey helpful paying monthly bills. The Agent was very kind, patient and understanding
