I really appreciate the customer service agent and how she handled my request to not set up the auto pay with my bank card. Basically it will be on me or my responsibility to make my monthly payment on the 7th of each month.

They jacked up my premium when I had filed no claims. There has been a slowdown in business - the slowest since the pandemic, resulting in a lower credit score, and they used that as an excuse to raise my premium by nearly $100/mo! Obviously, since business is slow and it is a struggle financially at this time, we are not willing to pay a higher premium - when we have had NO CLAIMS in our 50 years of doing business.
