Total failure. Worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. I have contacted you repeatedly online and your website says you will respond within 24 hours and I have never received a response. I have never received my order after 6 weeks. I ordered BEFORE thanksgiving so I would have before the holidays (with your online promise of quick shipping). No shipping but constant request for reviews. No response or do not seem to care at all. I ordered $200 of merchandise and you don’t care??! Bad business.

Great products and price, they come in lovely boxes so if giving them away they are easy to wrap, I ended keeping some of mine as I loved them that much.
