Items arrived as specified and works in the printer. The only exception is the printer displays the message "non-xerox toner." Personally I don't care as long as it works, I only mention this for those who would be alarmed upon seeing the same message.

When I printed my first sheet the black ink was a dark gray and when I tried to print two more sheets there was hardly any black ink showing. Then an error message came up saying my black ink was low. I threw away the wrappings and have had no idea what to do about this matter. So what do I do? Thank you.

Simply better design

I purchase ink from you because of the cost of printer ink. However, I wonder if the printer manufacturers have a way of making 3rd party ink cartridges either not work or not work as well in order to push users back to buying their ink instead. I will never buy an Epson again because I’ve had more of these issues with my current Epson WorkForce 2650 printer.
