Had a bit of a problem getting the printer to install it at first after a few trys finally got it working.

Works great, took a while for product to arrive (no fault to Needink.com). I called to let them know I had not received my ink, and they put another order out for me right away, due to post office being so slow getting my product to me. I love the price and the quality of my product. I definitely recommend Needink.com, and I will most surely use this company again.

no issues at this time

Very easy ordering process with multiple options for payment. Package arrived on time with no visible damage. I installed it in the printer and printed a 20-30 pages with no problems. I was apprehensive ordering a 3rd party toner but Quality of print seems to be comparable to original Samsung cartridge and so far no leaks or any other issues. if this holds it would be a bargain compared to the OEM toner At $37.00 vs $99.00 even if it produces half the pages of the OEM it still would be a bargain as you could buy 3 for the price of 1 OEM.

I was not happy with the tracking info that claimed it was due on a particular date and showed up 2 days later. I thought it might have been lost somewhere. other than that it was painless except I originally saw my ink for $69 and a day later it was $99. a day late and dollar short on that one.

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. My only beef is when I try to use the coupon codes given on the invoice for my next order, the system tells me the code expired in 2019.

This is my first order of your ink, I have only used 1 of the cartridges (Yellow). I have not used it long enough to give a comprehensive review. I can say that it installed properly and the color reproduction appears to be the same as the HP cartridge. The display on the printer did tell me that it was not an original HP cartridge, no surprise there. I will continue to use the cartridges as they are needed, and if all is well I will probably use them in the future.
