We had a problem with our nectar mattress. Once i contacted them they sent out an inspector then within a week arranged a new mattress to be delivered and picked up our old mattress the following day. BRILLIANT SERVICE 10/10

Received my cover very promptly. As a mattress protector it is very quiet, no rustling sounds. Would use this company again.

Great matters, I'm glad I decided to purchase nectar mattress.

We had problems with the mattress 4-5 yrs after purchase. We contacted Nectar expecting to have to argue with them & the service was marvellous. They arranged for an independent assessor to come & see us, a few days later we had an e mail saying that the assessor had filed his report & offering us a replacement mattress under the lifetime warranty. That was delivered a week or two later, the old mattress was collected the following day. We are now sleeping well again. Many thanks to all involved, especially Eloise. Amazing customer service, rare these days.

Re; Nectar Premier Hybrid mattress. Four months after installation. Arrived as scheduled, as described etc. It's perfectly comfortable, though any more comfortable than any other new mattress is debateable. How will it be in 5 or 10 years time? That's when the integrity of the company will shine (or not). My main criticism is with the 'free' mattress protector that came as part of their promotion = Dreadful! It was like sleeping on a plastic sheet: Woke up in a sweat! Went straight in the bin! And the handles on the sides of the mattress seem to be badly designed or in the wrong place? The mattress needs turning every week to start with; easy enough with a divan base, but not with a bed frame with edges & a tail board. Having to lift it & turn it, using the handles provided is a struggle. Our previous mattress had horizontal handles - not vertical = far easier. There should also be one at each end. I get the impression that no-one in the design department actually tested the user-friendliness of their product before sending it to manufacture?

Very easy purchase and quick delivery. Good communication too. As for the mattress, PURE HEAVEN !! Best nights sleep ever from the word go! Amazing !!

The mattress is decent but don’t buy any of their bedding. None of the sheets/covers fit the mattress or duvet (yes I got the correct sizing, bought as a bundle). The quality is also terrible. Otherwise mattress has been ok!

I purchased a necter memory foam mattress and unfortunately after persevering for 6 months I realized this mattress was not for me. I contacted the team and spoke through my issues and we both agreed that the best solution was a different kind of mattress. I then got a hybrid mattress delivered within a few days form them and the British Red Cross organized collection of my memory foam one very promptly. To find out it was going to charity was wonderful as it was completely unmarked and indeed in tip top condition. As soon as the mattress was collected my refund was credited to my account within a few days. I now have another 12 months warranty on my new mattress but must say I am sleeping much more soundly so fingers crossed this is the one.
