The mattress is good comfortable But the service of delivery not so good I paid for standard delivery- I thought that included them taking the package to my bedroom- I live in bungalow so off the hallway- the two men just wanted to leave it in the hall - I asked them to just take to the bedroom which was off the hallway - they did but left the box lying down on the floor! It was so heavy to lift onto the bed - I am a pensioner on my own - if only they had left it on the bed would have been so much easier- I couldn’t lift the box upright let alone get it on the bed - so had to ask my neighbour to help - The collection of the old mattress was completely different the driver Stephen was on his own - but made no fuss just picked the old mattress up pulled it to his van - then took all the packaging from the new mattress aswell- very friendly helpful person. So make sure you know what you are paying extra for

Speedy delivery and easy to buy. Hybrid Mattress seems fine albeit a little harder than expected but my aching hip and lower back pain seems to be easing. However i get extremely hot throughout the night on this mattress it has no cooling properties despite claims. Aside from areas where there’s no body parts which remain cool and which I seek out for heat relief for a minute or 2. One weird thing is I find neither my husband or I move around as much during the night, he is snoring less and the movement is absolutely contained. We don’t feel each other getting in or out of bed so it’s deffo great if you have a restless bed partner. Will give it a few more weeks before deciding. The pillows however are going to the charity shop they are like lumps of heated hard foam and despite sleeping on them for 3 weeks I wake up most days woth q soaking wet head and a headache with a stiff upper back/neck. Complete waste of money and can’t recommend these. I’m a side sleeper my husband a back sleeper and he also isn’t getting on with them. Way too hard and do not mould to your shape at all. I have had a constant pain all around the base of my head for the last 2 days and have now reverted to my old pillows until I find another brand to try. Bed inflates quickly and evenly and really no smell at all so maybe I have a returned mattress and not a brand new one?!?

Mattress is really comfortable, was able to try out in store and then ordered online. Basically the same quality as ones we tried for twice the price.

I was a little worried as the mattress was rated at 6. 5 that it may have been not firm enough for my liking. However it offers excellent support for a great nights sleep. Delivery and the removal of my old mattress was spot on. The addition of a Nectar branded box cutter is a simple touch of brilliance. Well done Nectar.

Ordering and service have been exemplary. We have had our mattress for a month now and it is so different from our old memory foam, in a good way, we are both feeling better when we wake up in the morning! So far so good!

I’ve had a great experience with Nectar despite some of the comments I’ve read online. I bought my mattress in 2021 and was very happy with my purchase. I prefer a medium-to-firm mattress with good back support and this one was ideal for me. However, after four years the mattress started developing sagging which led to back pain. I reached out to their customer service and they promptly scheduled an inspection with a third-party company. After the evaluation they confirmed the next day that they would replace my mattress at no extra cost. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Nectar!

Both my husband and I have back & joint problems and find this mattress very comfortable. The only problem I have is that I feel my husbands every movement. After talking with customer service prior to my purchase I was holding out hope that this mattress would solve my problem. I wondered whether I should have bought 2 single mattresses to see if that would help . Nevertheless a very comfortable mattress.

We purchased our first Nectar mattress in 2018 at first it seemed like the best bed ever. Unfortunately that didn’t last the mattress soon lost its firmness and started to sink in the middle becoming very uncomfortable, and giving me serious back ache. The customer service team sent one of their engineers out to check it over, with his tick list and little pieces of string. The engineer was a real jobsworth, and wasn’t prepared to listen to anything I had to say. As long as it met his tick list, he happy there wasn’t anything wrong with it, and deemed it to be in perfect condition. I spoke with customer services to say I wasn’t happy with his findings, as their was something wrong with it. I had to wait another six months before they would send another engineer along. The second engineer even laid on the bed this time and said he could see the problem straight a way, he immediately he agreed it was in fact defective. True to their word and the lifetime guarantee offered by Nectar, they changed the mattress in 2022 to a brand new one with no fuss at all. Unfortunately it would seem that the second mattress is going the same way as the previous one, lost firmness quite quickly, and again it’s starting to sink in the middle. Surely a good mattress should last more than 3-4 years. It is a shame, because as a new mattress a Nectar mattress is perfect, but they just don’t last.

We had a problem with our nectar mattress. Once i contacted them they sent out an inspector then within a week arranged a new mattress to be delivered and picked up our old mattress the following day. BRILLIANT SERVICE 10/10

Re; Nectar Premier Hybrid mattress. Four months after installation. Arrived as scheduled, as described etc. It's perfectly comfortable, though any more comfortable than any other new mattress is debateable. How will it be in 5 or 10 years time? That's when the integrity of the company will shine (or not). My main criticism is with the 'free' mattress protector that came as part of their promotion = Dreadful! It was like sleeping on a plastic sheet: Woke up in a sweat! Went straight in the bin! And the handles on the sides of the mattress seem to be badly designed or in the wrong place? The mattress needs turning every week to start with; easy enough with a divan base, but not with a bed frame with edges & a tail board. Having to lift it & turn it, using the handles provided is a struggle. Our previous mattress had horizontal handles - not vertical = far easier. There should also be one at each end. I get the impression that no-one in the design department actually tested the user-friendliness of their product before sending it to manufacture?

We had problems with the mattress 4-5 yrs after purchase. We contacted Nectar expecting to have to argue with them & the service was marvellous. They arranged for an independent assessor to come & see us, a few days later we had an e mail saying that the assessor had filed his report & offering us a replacement mattress under the lifetime warranty. That was delivered a week or two later, the old mattress was collected the following day. We are now sleeping well again. Many thanks to all involved, especially Eloise. Amazing customer service, rare these days.
