We brought a Nectar mattress 4 years ago feeling confident because it had a lifetime guarantee. The mattress has now developed a dip in the middle, after contacting the company they sent out a technician who measured the dip and said it was only 2 cms so does not meet the criteria for a free replacement. Despite me emailing the company asking them to measure the mattress first thing in the morning as advised ( it was measured at 3pm in the afternoon and the foam will correct itself by then) The company have ignored my emails. Please do not waste your money on a Nectar mattress.
I bought the elite double mattress. Prefer springs or hybrid as I feel like I’m sinking when I try to get up and move. Really struggle to get up and change position
I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this mattress and the way my complaint has been handled. I paid £900 for a mattress that quickly became uncomfortable. I contacted customer service within the first few months and was told to “give it time” to adjust. I followed that advice, but nothing improved. I raised the issue again within the return period and still nothing was done. Since then, I’ve had to buy a mattress topper just to make it usable—which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product. What makes this even worse is that I didn’t previously have back or knee pain, but since using this mattress I’ve started experiencing both. Despite explaining this, I’m now being told I have to wait for an independent inspection before anything can be resolved. In the meantime, I’m expected to continue sleeping on a mattress that is causing me discomfort. The entire process has been slow, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating. For £899. 00, I expected far better quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience. As the forever warranty is just words and hoops to jump through.
had my mattress dumped in my hall today by lazy delivery man. i live alone i asked him if he could pop it up the stairs he said hes had instructions to leave it in the hall, it will have to stay blocking my stairs until my son comes weekend. the box was open top and bottom dreading seeing what the quality of the mattress is like for my £800
After 3 years the mattress stated to sag, now leaving a raised lump in the middle of the mattress. I'm average height and weight. It was turned as advised. I've had it inspected and was told it's not within the parameters for anything to be done. Better off getting a cheap mattress and replacing every few years as the lifetime guarantee doesn't really exist.
With serious back issues, including fractured vertebrae, I needed a mattress that supported my back and kept it straight. I ordered a memory foam mattress and it really works. No more putting something under my waist to keep my back straight. My physio is impressed too. The delivery and collection of my old mattress was quick and customer service was excellent. I totally recommend Nectar.
I had a memory foam and spring hybrid mattress but I wanted to go full memory foam as my partner was getting back pains with the old mattress and he was finding it uncomfortable and for me as a side sleeper I was feeling little support. This mattress is a game changer for both of us! Hes getting less back pain and I am actually able to sleep on my back and be comfortable, who would have thought it. We also got the bedding set and the pillows, quilt and bedding are super comfy and luxurious feeling. Amazing mattress. You won't regret it l!

Bought this to replace a (relatively new)memory foam mattress from a well known Swedish home wares company and what an improvement! Have had my premier hybrid mattress for 2. 5 months now (so it has had a thorough testing) and am very satisfied with it. Back pain gone! I’m a back sleeper and my wife is a side sleeper and we both love the Nectar.

We've been struggling to find the right mattress for a while, and have tried others such as Ikea and Emma, and this one wins hands down! Myself and my partner have very different sleeping styles and preferences (I prefer medium mattresses and to sleep on my side, she prefers firm mattresses and to sleep on her front), but we're both very satisfied with this mattress. It's a great all rounder! Sleeping anywhere else now, we're always looking forward to coming back to our bed!
We had a memory foam mattress from nectar some years ago and it was brilliant so when it was time to change we decided that nectar was getting our business again. This time we chose the slightly more expensive hybrid mattress, it has not disappointed, very comfortable. The only thing that I would have loved would have been to have some free pillows with this mattress like we did with our last one, as the pillows do wonders for my neck as I have arthritis. But we are very pleased with mattresses from nectar, a great nights sleep!

I’ve never had a decent mattress and after losing all of our belongings due to asbestos incident in our home, I decided to treat me and my kids to a decent mattress (SEN) son often sleeps in my bed and it’s been a game changer for us! Given it’s been such a hard year! So thanks!
Received on time easy to put on bed. Good and firm mattress. Took a while to get used to it but enjoying a good night's sleep now

Divan bed and headboard: Delivery was spot on, informed all the way and arrived on time, brought up to the bedroom, sound. We removed all packaging to discover it's not TAUPE, it's BEIGE. Having said that, it goes well in the room anyway but there is no way that this is Taupe. So that could have been a huge problem, but luckily didn't bother us that much. . . However, a bed clip and two bolts for the headboard were missing, so we had to ring customer service who said they would get on to Operations. . . no idea how long this will take/how long we have to wait until we get the parts. Not good enough, Nectar. How can you not supply enough parts to fix the bed together??!! Following reply, I've emailed them to see if they can deliver missing parts today!!
Great matteress, delivered when they said, had a call about 40min before it was delivered. Highly recommend.
