The mattress is very nice and comfortable for me, moving motion is perfect for me. My wife is still adjusting, will leave another review once my wife feels the same. but overall its a perfect mattress in budget. I highly recommend this mattress.

We took the plunge and ordered the hybrid mattress, we paid for the mattress protector too, in case we'd need to return. We WONT be returning the mattress as it's so comfy. We're really pleased with it. At first I thought it was a little too firm but after a few days I found that it had settled from being in the box. One thing I wasn't expecting is that It's quite heavy to lift when changing or adjusting the sheet, but that doesn't change the fact that's it's a really comfortable mattress. Mattresses are so expensive these days, but this one was probably third of the price of those similar in shops, I was nervous to order online without testing first, that's why we ordered the mattress protector, but we are so very pleased with it and glad we ordered it.

We ordered this mattress to replace a Superking Eve Hybrid Premium, we realised that our old mattress was too hard and we as side sleepers (occasionally back sleepers) needed something with a bit of bounce that you could sink into, and the nectar hybrid does not disappoint. It’s compute I get a great nights sleep. It was straight forward and easy to order , service was great we got informed of our delivery window on the day and if they were delayed we were kept in the loop. We paid for premium delivery to a room of our choice and the removal of an old mattress. I was worried that they would struggle getting the old heavy Eve down the stairs but they did it with ease. Pro tip make sure you make the path between the door and room as clear as possible and remove anything hanging on the walls that could get knocked off, if you are also getting rid of your old one. I would say the packaging was good but the box it self looked a bit heated and worn. I also didn’t realise the box came with an opening tool as it found a way to hide under the folds. Unpacking was easy just put it on the bed and remove The plastic, it is folded so watch out for bounce back, it does need 6 hours minimum to be usable and then a full 24-28 hours to fully inflate. I found it was best to keep it uncovered whilst not in use for the first few days to help with the inflation and the off gassing. (Yes it will smell chemically at first but all box mattresses do! You just have to let the off gassing process happen!)

I love my mattress, thank you nectar a reasonable price. I got the king size and I’m having better night sleep with this mattress. Wish I’d got one a long time ago.

Shopping with necter has been worst shopping experience of my life, I've never bought from a company that sent me out so many missing or brocken parts,. . . I think it was atleast 3 times I had to go back to use time and time again I diddent have a bed finished. . . Sleeping on the matress was supposed to help a side and belly sleeper, but so far I'm sleeping short term, waking up and having to to get up because I have a sore back from sleeping on the matress. . . I'm not blaming you for the matress, my fault. .

My wife and I lived with a top of the range Tempur for 14 years but eventually it had to go and unfortunately we couldn’t afford to replace it, since then we have gone through many mattresses our last a premium silent night hybrid which we never found comfortable and replaced after 8 months with this Nectar mattress, this is not a £4000 Tempur but for the price it is actually somewhat comparable, my back has not hurt since sleeping on it and I had forgotten what no back pain actually felt like, if I had never slept on a Tempur I would have given this mattress 5 stars, the only really noticeable difference is the side support is lacking on the Nectar and if you get to close to the edge it will collapse and roll you out if you’re not careful, once you get used to this it’s not really a problem.

Nectar hybrid mattress was the best purchase decision I have ever made. I have never had better sleep in my life. Getting up out of bed on time, is now a good issue I am facing. For the last few years I thought enduring shorter & lower quality sleeps was part of aging. 100% NOT the case. It's been a revelation. The customer service in on point (I made a mistake with the address, sorted on a short call). The delivery guys did exactly what I pain for. Packaging so compact, I can install myself. All of this with no risk - 365-day return policy. There really is nothing to think about.

Order delivery and process we’re all fine. I tried the nectar memory foam classic to which I’ve never had a memory foam before. Can’t say I would fault the mattress as it was well made and very sturdy but it just wasn’t for me. Found it too hot and very firm. Kept waiting for the nectar hug but never happened. I returned mattress on Thursday which was very efficient to do. Thank you nectar sorry it didn’t work for me. Good company.

The whole buying process was simple. The delivery guy even took the matress upstairs (boxed) as I was not in the best of health that day. The old matress was picked up the following day as scheduled. A month or so on and I'm still deliberating as to whether my back problem is due to the new matress or something else, only time will tell. When I do go to sleep it is very comfortable but the next morning my back is painful once I am up and about and subsides as the day goes on.

The mattress is comfy enough ,but I wake up during the nite very hot!Its only a month old and it has also dipped a little bit. We have a superking mattress.

I have recently returned to the UK after 20 years in New York, where I really enjoyed having a nectar mattress so I was super pleased that when I needed one, I could just order it online here in the UK and have it delivered I am an athlete and a personal trainer so my body needs effective comfortable, supportive rest, and nectar mattresses give me that.

Worst money I’ve ever spent – do NOT believe the hype. After just one year of normal use, one side of the mattress became deeply depressed. I mean visibly sagging. My lower back hurts every single morning, and sleeping on that side feels like lying in a hole. When I tried to use their “lifetime warranty,” they refused to honor it. Instead, they sent a third-party inspection company – not once, not twice, but three separate inspections over two years. Every single time, the inspector claimed there was “no fault” even though the sagging is obvious to anyone who looks at or lies on the mattress. The third-party company seems to be working for Nectar, not for the customer. They use vague wording and measurements that somehow never meet the “required depth of sagging” despite the bed being clearly deformed. Customer service just repeats the same script: “The inspection report shows no manufacturing defect. ” They’ve been dragging this out for over two years now, clearly hoping I’ll give up. No exchange, no refund, no accountability. I’ve slept on cheaper mattresses that lasted longer than this. The lifetime warranty is a marketing lie designed to make you feel safe, but when you actually need it, they will bury you in inspections and deny everything. Save your money, your back, and your sanity – buy literally any other brand.

We brought a Nectar mattress 4 years ago feeling confident because it had a lifetime guarantee. The mattress has now developed a dip in the middle, after contacting the company they sent out a technician who measured the dip and said it was only 2 cms so does not meet the criteria for a free replacement. Despite me emailing the company asking them to measure the mattress first thing in the morning as advised ( it was measured at 3pm in the afternoon and the foam will correct itself by then) The company have ignored my emails. Please do not waste your money on a Nectar mattress.

I bought the elite double mattress. Prefer springs or hybrid as I feel like I’m sinking when I try to get up and move. Really struggle to get up and change position

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this mattress and the way my complaint has been handled. I paid £900 for a mattress that quickly became uncomfortable. I contacted customer service within the first few months and was told to “give it time” to adjust. I followed that advice, but nothing improved. I raised the issue again within the return period and still nothing was done. Since then, I’ve had to buy a mattress topper just to make it usable—which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product. What makes this even worse is that I didn’t previously have back or knee pain, but since using this mattress I’ve started experiencing both. Despite explaining this, I’m now being told I have to wait for an independent inspection before anything can be resolved. In the meantime, I’m expected to continue sleeping on a mattress that is causing me discomfort. The entire process has been slow, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating. For £899. 00, I expected far better quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience. As the forever warranty is just words and hoops to jump through.
