The website is great to navigate. The ordering process was great. Super easy. I had a glitch with a voucher but this was resolved with a quick email and I was able to process my order without a fuss. Package arrived super quick for rural delivery. Items received are amazing quality!

I absolutely adore shopping with Nature Baby. The customer service is excellent!!! I shopped during the recent sale and didn't realise it would take 10 days for orders to be processed. I had purchased items that I needed much sooner and the team arranged express delivery to Australia. I was incredibly grateful. I do find the online site somewhat slow to load at times. . . I'm not sure how this could be improved. Every other part is ace!
