Even though I am quite new to Natural Pigments and Painting Best Practices, I am recommending it to all my adult learners and artist friends. The paints are an unsurpassed value and I am trying out colors I have never thought about.

Fast shipping.

Simple, fast, and my supplies came to my door well packaged with care.

Fast shipment!

The shipping service was excellent: the delivery time for a product in Europe was even faster that I was expecting. An earlier NP delivery got missing in action (but was quickly replaced): this time all went well.

Speedy service and effortless ordering experience. Great prices too which is why I keep coming back for all of the unique product offerings. Happy customer here!

Overall I love your products and service. I do get irritated, though, with all the reminders about points I have, that I ultimately can't use because there aren't enough, or credit toward free shipping, but in reality I can't use it on the expensive thing I actually need to buy. It's misleading.

Friendly knowledgeable people

Gorgeous paint. Smooth, vibrant, and pigment rich. A joy to work with.

Service is always wonderful

So far, so good - the items arrived in a reasonable time and seem to be what the description reads.

Natural Pigments - great company - very helpful great range of quality painting pigments and mediums

Natural Pigments completes there orders quickly

Kind of grainy. Requires some grinding with a muller for oils but it is a good color.

I had some issues with shipping delays. I called Customer Service and the employee sorted it out within a day. Great service.

Natural Pigments is a top-notch customer service-oriented company. Their products are superb, and the shipping is fast and well-packed.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a selection of Rublev Watercolor half pans. After trying them I fell in love right away. The colors are great and the paint is very pigmented. I've had other watercolor paints before from well know brands, but these paints are something different. I love that I now can do some modern works with historic pigments. . . but of course I try some more traditional works too. By now I've completed my collection with another order and even have ordered a small selection for traveling and doing plein air as well. Can't wait to use these outside. One of the 48 colors I ordered couldn't be activated and the color itself was off, but customer service was very helpfull to solve the issue.

I love this company . Their quality is unsurpassed and they are generous with their knowledge. . other companies do not compare with their experience and prestige quality

The website was easy to use, and the products arrived quickly and all in good shape.

I recently purchased the titanium white pigment from Natural Pigments and could not be happier with the quality. The pigment is very finely ground, beautifully smooth, and wonderfully opaque. It handles exceptionally well in paint mixtures and gives such a luminous, clean white in my icon painting work. There is a richness and beauty to this pigment that truly enhances the sacred quality of the icons I paint. I appreciate the care and craftsmanship that clearly go into Natural Pigments products, and this titanium white has become one of my favorites in the studio. Highly recommended for artists who value both beauty and quality in their materials.
