I purchased the gold pigment for 2 purposes: kintsugi and watercolor/pen & ink. I am working on the Eight Aupicious Symbols in Buddhist iconography and wanted to finish with gold linework. The watercolor paint didn't need much grinding and works in my dip pen as well as on the brush, with a nice, even coverage.

Choosing what to order is as fun as receiving the order! Sometimes it takes me awhile to decide. I very much appreciate you allowing things to come and go and linger in the cart for about 3 months! I haven’t tried everything yet but the wetting agent for watercolors is fantastic! Everything was packed well and arrived in great condition! I will definitely order again!

I ordered the sampler set of Cera Colors . They are amazing so far. I do wish there was either black or a raw umber included to add darks. These paints are what I’ve been missing in my encaustic practice!!
