Overall I love your products and service. I do get irritated, though, with all the reminders about points I have, that I ultimately can't use because there aren't enough, or credit toward free shipping, but in reality I can't use it on the expensive thing I actually need to buy. It's misleading.

Kind of grainy. Requires some grinding with a muller for oils but it is a good color.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a selection of Rublev Watercolor half pans. After trying them I fell in love right away. The colors are great and the paint is very pigmented. I've had other watercolor paints before from well know brands, but these paints are something different. I love that I now can do some modern works with historic pigments. . . but of course I try some more traditional works too. By now I've completed my collection with another order and even have ordered a small selection for traveling and doing plein air as well. Can't wait to use these outside. One of the 48 colors I ordered couldn't be activated and the color itself was off, but customer service was very helpfull to solve the issue.

I recently purchased the titanium white pigment from Natural Pigments and could not be happier with the quality. The pigment is very finely ground, beautifully smooth, and wonderfully opaque. It handles exceptionally well in paint mixtures and gives such a luminous, clean white in my icon painting work. There is a richness and beauty to this pigment that truly enhances the sacred quality of the icons I paint. I appreciate the care and craftsmanship that clearly go into Natural Pigments products, and this titanium white has become one of my favorites in the studio.
