I just picked up my order purchased through the website. ***naturabrasil***/pt?country=PT But the Açaí body lotion, which was €31 and I paid €26. 35 for, didn't come in the box. I paid for it, but it wasn't included in the package! I felt extremely frustrated and disrespected. The free gifts arrived, but there was no sign of the product I paid for. I would like you to send me the product because I only made the purchase because of this product. Im very frustrated and disappointed with this.

Tiny products. The videos and photos make them look like normal-sized items, but they are not. They are extremely small and look like samples. I’m embarrassed to send this to my children’s teachers. Do not buy! - Produtos minúsculos. Os vídeos e fotos fazem parecer que os produtos possuem um tamanho normal, mas não possuem. São extremamente pequenos e parecem amostras. Estou com vergonha de enviar isso para as professoras dos meus filhos! Não comprem!

I love Natura products. I have a suggestion: send free samples; this would further increase customer loyalty, since the products we buy sometimes don't come with gifts.

I'm in France and I use Natura products for more than 10 years now. I love Castana hand cream and scrub. For my face I used to buy Chronos + 30 and then Chronos + 45 SPF30. Unfortunatelly these products are not sold anymore and I 'm desperate as I have to find another face cream from another brand. I don't understand why these products have stopped as they were best sellers. . . . I found this cream in China but the parcel was lost. . . Too bad that face creams have disappeared from the stores without any communication From Natura Brazil.
