I, I placed an order recently but I didn’t receive my products. Could you please help me check what happened with my delivery? It says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. Thank you.

My hair has never felt better. This combo shampoo and conditioner seems to tame my flyaway hair.

I have been a customer for quite some time. NATURA’s delivery aspect is 100% in my opinion. I have never had an issue with their packaging or delivery. On the other hand, not so sure about their Customer Service. I received an email for 60% off sitewide; however, after several attempts to check out, I keep getting an error message telling me they can’t ship to my address, to recheck it and make the necessary corrections. I filled out their contact form on the website and submitted it a few times. I have not received a response. I am in love with the Tacuma products and was hoping to order more before the website soon closes down!!

It shows that it was delivered, but I haven't received the product.
