I love Natura products. I have a suggestion: send free samples; this would further increase customer loyalty, since the products we buy sometimes don't come with gifts.

I'm in France and I use Natura products for more than 10 years now. I love Castana hand cream and scrub. For my face I used to buy Chronos + 30 and then Chronos + 45 SPF30. Unfortunatelly these products are not sold anymore and I 'm desperate as I have to find another face cream from another brand. I don't understand why these products have stopped as they were best sellers. . . . I found this cream in China but the parcel was lost. . . Too bad that face creams have disappeared from the stores without any communication From Natura Brazil.
