Sad because i realized that Natura in USA is closing and happy because I had the opportunity to buy a bunch of products that I loved for over 20 years now. Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my products, any meaningful update, or even a response to my emails. At this point, the biggest issue is not just the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and customer support. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic information after paying for an order. I trusted the Natura brand because of its reputation with Brazilian customers, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I sincerely hope the company resolves these issues and starts treating customers with more transparency and respect.

I placed Order #257805 on May 5, 2026 and as of 5/27/2026 I still have not received my order. The order status continues to say “being prepared. ” I have emailed multiple times and called, but the only responses I received were two generic emails saying they are busy and working to ship orders. I completely understand delays can happen, but almost a month with no real update, no shipment, and no communication beyond automated responses is extremely disappointing. I have ordered from Natura before and never had any issues, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I truly expected better customer service and communication.

I have been a customer for quite some time. NATURA’s delivery aspect is 100% in my opinion. I have never had an issue with their packaging or delivery. On the other hand, not so sure about their Customer Service. I received an email for 60% off sitewide; however, after several attempts to check out, I keep getting an error message telling me they can’t ship to my address, to recheck it and make the necessary corrections. I filled out their contact form on the website and submitted it a few times. I have not received a response. I am in love with the Tacuma products and was hoping to order more before the website soon closes down!!
