Are used to love their products but I will never buy native union again! The website was misleading. They gave me grief about trying to return it. And you have to know if you return it you have to ship it back to Hong Kong. Will never buy again from this company

Bad product and bad customer service.

Great service, great cables, no complaints whatsoever. I’d probably buy more from them if they offered free delivery for any purchase rather than having to have a minimum spend.
