I purchased the belt cable Pro from store near me in November 2024. When the end connector broke off in my laptop, I contacted them on August 26, 2025 by email, they responded the same day with a request for the receipt and a photo of the broken cable. I sent them what they requested, as well as my name, address and phone number, and before the end of that day, they sent me an email stating my replacement cable has been shipped. & 6 days later, the new cable was delivered. I sent them an email with a photo of the defective cable cut in half as they requested. I also thanked them for their great customer service. They in turn replied to my email with a thank you for the photo and also thanked me for my kind words about their great customer service. You can't ask for any more than that!! I will continue to buy Native Union products!! All companies should have such great customer service!!

All the Native Union I have purchased feels premium made, and matches the aesthetic of all my Apple devices. Ordering from their website was nice and straight forward, especially will Apple Pay. My order took around a week to bet shipped to me., and arrived in a nice package.

The website didn’t clearly explain the dimensions of the W.F.A. Tech organizer. It is too small for my liking. I live too far from the city for it to be worth the effort to travel to my USPS to return it.
