All great. All worked fine. The cable unfortunately does not fit perfectly with the iPhone 15 case (Apple Original case, silicon). I can make it work, next time the end of the charger could be designed just slightly thinner.

You misguided me, you sent me a card which said register for warranty but you didn’t mention that register within 30 days, that was first misleading and when I bought it in i think 2019 you said it’s lifetime warranty but it’s not. That was 2nd misleading that’s not good at all… not happy from you

I absolutely love the length and the durability of the cord. However I do wish the magnetic was a bit stronger to stick to the phone through thick cases. I have a waterproof case. But overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Please keep up the good work.

I bought a City sling for my phone - it’s really sturdy and I absolutely love it. However, after a few weeks the attachment inside the phone broke and I emailed Native Union with a photo to ask for a replacement. I could see that it was a tiny fault where it had split and wasn’t any sort of design problem. They responded so nicely and immediately sent me a replacement. I love their products and was so pleased with the customer service and I’ll definitely be buying more products from them.

I had problem with my power adapter. It has a physical defect (a crack) on the surface. I haven’t dropped it since i got it. So i reached out to them, sent them pictures of what the crack looks like, and gave them explanation. After a day or two, they replied asking for the shipping information and all that. And then they ship a replacement immediately! Hasn’t got the replacement yet but really satisfied with customer care! Kudos to the whole team! Great great experience

I tried to change the delivery address or cancel immediately after placing the order but that wasn’t possible. Now my package is out there somewhere.

I don’t know where your product will ship from, but Native Union does. If there’s a weather even going on that prevents shipping, it should be disclosed on the website. I paid 12.00 extra for expedited shipping to receive the same week, but received the items a day later than the original “free shipping” date the following week. One star for that, five stars for the product, so you get three stars.

The shopping experience seemed to be an easy one. But unfortunately the delivery failed and my expenses are still in an unknown status. But at least the support team is trying to give their best.

Worst customer experience ever, changed delivery date numerous times, still haven't recieved parcel its been 5 weeks. Requested a refund fingers crossed.
