Was a tad concerned about my first time ordering a large print that I had blown up from my phone. It warned me about resolution and I addressed it. Then after ordering, nice to get updates on status - but was very pleased on the packaging. Not rolled up and very secure and protected. Wonderful print. Looks great in our wall. Will certainly be using this company again!
