The final product itself is beautiful and I’m very happy with the quality of the framed print. However, the production and delivery timeline was extremely long, especially for an order placed well before the holidays. Communication during that period was minimal, which made the wait more frustrating than it needed to be. The product is excellent, but the customer experience would benefit greatly from faster turnaround and clearer updates during processing.
