This was my first time using Nations, and I was very pleased with the overall experience, including the image clarity and print quality. The packaging and shipping were also handled with great care. My only minor concern involved how the photo was wrapped and secured inside the plastic. Because the tape was placed near the finished surface, the adhesive occasionally stuck to the front of the photo while I was unpacking it. No damage occurred, but there was some potential for damage if I had not noticed it. I suggest securing the plastic on the back of the photo instead, which would help prevent the tape from coming into contact with the finished surface. This is a very minor observation rather than a criticism. Overall, I am very happy with the service and plan to order from Nations again.

I have used different on line printing services (because I can't find large prints locally) and while the prints were acceptable, other companies send prints rolled & its really hard to get them flat in order to frame properly. The 11x14 wedding photo I ordered from NPL was shipped flat, looked gorgeous and my husband & I are very pleased!

I am impressed by the quality of these prints. They look fantastic and I can’t wait to get them framed and hung up in my house. Will be using nations again for future printing!

Excellent prints! We've used Nations Photo Lab for a lot of photo printing over the years. From our wedding photos to photos from road trips. They're always great quality and have an excellent user experience.

Good, whenever they ship a print flat instead of tube it gets bent in half in shipping. I’ve had to request new replacements several times.

Loved how easy it was to create the layout of each page. I do have some concerns with the binding and how easy it seems it’s possible for the binding to break, especially for the price. . but so far we’re enjoying it.
