Great product. Great customer service. A little on the pricey side but built well. More post length and post material options would be nice-aluminum was only option. Also, a sturdier more rigid bracket design would be good since the heavy box wobbled a bit in heavy wind or when pushed. Better assembly instructions would be good as well as including washers and longer bolts and a bottom bracket for better stability in the ground if burying the post. Predrilled holes for outgoing mail flag would be a big benefit too. I thought the 30 percent restock fee was on the high side. I would still recommend this company though!

Quick delivery and smooth delivery. My only complaint is that the anchors didn't come with the actual mailboxes and I never received any information that it was shipped separately. It was delivered to a construction site on the property and was either never delivered or lost in the process.

This unit was ordered and received but has yet to be installed due to our weather ( Nov. /Dec. ) in the Northeast. I found it easy to use the web site and the communication for delivery was excellent! I definitely will use this company in the future should the need arise!
