It worked out perfectly. Exactly what I needed and it was pouring rain so it definitely holds up to weatherproof adhesive. Thank you and I did order more.

Tried to order a thumb latch to replace the keyed lock on a mailbox I purchased from you. I think you charged $18. XX for the thumb latch but were going to charge me $61. XX for freight. I was able to order a thumb latch from company that sells the latches. The thumb latch I got doesn’t work as well as the keyed latch so the entire situation has really soured me on your company and standing behind your products

Good service, products.

Everything went well with our mailbox purchase from National. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing major. There was a nut that was cross threaded on one of the lock sections for the USPS lock. We were able to salvage one from the previous mailbox, so we didn't contact National. Also, we ordered a set of anchor bolts and they did not show up with the mailbox. The bolt pattern was exactly the same as the previous mailbox so we didn't need them. However, a box from Home Depot showed up a few days later with anchor bolts. It would have been nice to have been let know that they would ship separately. Overall, we are very pleased.

Very good experience, highly recommend!! Thank you.

Great customer service

Awesome Company! Very helpful on getting exactly what I Needed. Thanks again.

Still waiting for the touch up paint for over two weeks now. Maybe you should just pick up the damaged mail box and send me a new one. I thought I would be nice and just ask for touch up paint and now I am thinking you should just send a new mail box that is not damaged.

Great job. Everything came as needed and customer service was very helpful when I needed help on getting the correct number placards
