The cluster box was packaged well and the quality exceeded my expectations.

They are well put together, work wonderful, they upgraded the mailbox area.

National Mailboxes went above and beyond with helping me when I ordered the incorrect mailbox. They took my return and sent the correct size that I needed. All inquiries were answered in a timely manner.

Mailbox arrived as expected. Missing some hardware, which might have happened in shipping. Called Customer service, new hardware was sent out shortly after. Overall, very satisfied with purchase and Customer Service.

Love the look of the decorative finial and base! Easy to install and they look great, no tenant issues accessing their mail and packages. Highly recommend these units - quality is top notch.
