I placed my order on November 21, knowing that one of the items was out of stock. I was told that it would be stock the following week, so I didn’t mind waiting. We are coming up on a month now, and I’m sure with the holidays it’s not going to be stocked anytime soon. Everyone that I’ve dealt with so far has been very pleasant, I’m just disappointed. This is not the first time that I wanted to order things from here and they were out of stock.

I placed an order at the store. A week went by and it had not been shipped and I had not been contacted with any explanation. I had a lot of difficulty reaching someone from the company who could explain. They ended up telling me that they no longer had my items in their warehouse. They had to get them back from the store so they could ship them. I had to insist that they were overnight shipped so they would make it to their destination on time. I should’ve been contacted immediately with the problem instead of me having to track it down.

Love this product. The sugar smells nice, easily dissolves and you are left with smoother skin. Follow the scrub by applying the matching lotion.

I was very disappointed by my last order of Moroccan shampoo bar. Either the formula was changed since my previous two orders, or else this batch was tainted. The bars reek of some other scent. I am very sensitive to perfumes, and had been very pleased to find your shampoo bars with a scent I like, but I probably won’t be able to use these new bars, and unless you can reassure me that any subsequent orders will actually smell like Moroccan oil, I won’t order from you again.

I love the soap and holiday towels bag. Perfect gifts for friends.
