These are my new favorite shampoo and conditioner. The fragrance is gorgeous and it leaves my shiny and full of body.

The website frequently breaks completely for me; some pages appear blank, and I often received errors trying to add items to my cart. It was very difficult to place an order. In addition, someone in my household received unsolicited emails from "safeopt" after viewing items on your site. This service appears to perform unethical tracking leading to unsolicited spam, and using their services makes me not want to engage with your company again.

While ordering & delivery were good, as were the fragrance free products; however, I found I was unexpectedly allergic to an ingredient even though there was nothing included that would have caused such a reaction. Return process was excellent.
