I enjoy talking to the sales people when I call. The gal was knowledgeable about the products ,kind and courteous. She offered input regarding scents, etc which I really appreciated. I was sorry to learn that you're dropping the Honey almond line. I love that scent. . maybe reconsider??

The products are wonderful. I do not like to put bad reviews but emailing will probably not get to the owner. I ordered 2 separate orders and received 1 in a decent amount of time. The second one was delayed 5 days shy of a month. I have been emailing your staff since December 4th and got this generic response. I wanted my money back. You really need to do something different with your shipping process. Please look in your records and see that I have ordered from you the past two years this being the 3rd on Black Friday or around Black Friday and I have never experienced such a delay. This is absolutely ridiculous. I kept getting a computer generated response. I love your products. But the way this was handled was totally unacceptable.
