To separate the hopper from the bottom is an ordeal The prospect of doing this is making me think purchasing this expensive juicer was a bad decision I do the reverse, I leave the juicer stand or leave it in hot water I have carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists which does not help Other than that I love the juicer Please let me know if there is a way to solve this issue Judith Kallady

I purchased this from New Zealand only recently 2026. Having used it many times now, there's no other machine i know of that is better. I've had at least 3 other Juicers in the past. None as good as this one. Its quiet; Juice stays fresh longer; you're able to load it up while still preparing more. It's so easy to make more juice than you can drink, which is great when there's plenty in the fridge. I did find silverbeet needs cutting up the stem, as it can tangle the blade. It only happened once and if works better with heavier vegetables on top. Those aren't issues at all. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to juice. Sitting on the bench, it's so user-friendly, it almost begs you to use it. Richard Walker Auckland

Shipping was fast. Packaging was sooooo well done. Machine is powerful, FAST, I could barely keep up with filling the hopper and the juice comes out cool, pulp dry, juice is amazing! And NOT HARD TO CLEAN! I almost did t get it because reviews said it was hard to clean………all the parts rinse clean and just a quick scrub of the screen with the included brush and you’re done. I wish everything was this well designed. And no flimsy, crackable plastics. This machine is sturdy. Why didn’t I get it sooner? For reference I am coming off a Champion that is 40 years old. Still works great, but it does warm the juice so I will keep it for banana ice cream and nut butters. RIP Champion you truly were “champions”. Welcome home Nama♥️😍

Have been wanting this juicer for a long so glad I got it! It’s amazing, love the sherbet add on! My kids have been asking for it everyday since we got it! It’s so quiet and easy to clean!

Read all of the great revierws about the Nama juicer but was still surprised at how easy it was to use and how much juice I was able to get from fruits and veggies. Just wished that a high dollar item like this would also come with storage and grab and go containers versus having to spend even more to purchase them

Nama J2 sucks - tiny hole jams up the pulp (Kuvings is a million times better juicer). Customer Service sucks - still haven't got my refund after they received it back over 2 weeks ago!!!!

The J2 works very well with everything we have used it for. The sorbet feature is great. Time will tell about the endurance of the individual parts.
