My partner and I love our new juicer. It's really easy to use and clean and the juice tastes great! The included recipe book is also amazing. We ordered the glass bottle set and one of them came with a crack in it and they sent a new 4-pack of glasses with no questions asked. Love this company and the juicer.

Customer service is nonexistent. Items don’t ship to Hawaii, so I’m paying $25 for a $3 part for my Nama J2. :(

Very happy with how the Nama works. I have used it for juicing, smoothies, and making sorbets. At first, all the parts looked very complicated but once figured out, it becomes very easy to use. I would like to make more recipes from the course meal plans but am having trouble finding these recipes.

I’m really enjoying my Nama J2, and my experience with Nama has honestly been great from the very beginning. I wanted a juicer that would allow me to make a good-sized batch without spending forever prepping, juicing, and cleaning, and the J2 has been such a great fit. I love being able to load the hopper with my fruits and vegetables and let the machine do the work. I’ve been having fun experimenting with different combinations of fruits, vegetables, greens, ginger, turmeric, citrus, and more, and the juice comes out fresh, smooth, and delicious. But what really impressed me was Nama’s customer service. On the day I was preparing to use my J2 for the very first time, I had all of my fruits and vegetables washed, cut, and ready to go. I went to plug in the machine and realized…I had no power cord! 😭 After searching everywhere, I discovered that while my family was helping me clean up, the boxes had been thrown away and apparently the power cord went right along with them. I was so disappointed because I was literally standing there with everything ready for my first juice! I emailed Nama explaining exactly what had happened and asking if there was any way I could purchase a replacement cord. Their customer support responded immediately, was incredibly kind about my little mishap, and told me they would be happy to replace it ASAP. They simply asked for my serial number, manufacture date, and shipping address so they could send one out. I was genuinely grateful. They could have easily told me that because the cord was accidentally discarded, I would need to purchase another one. Instead, they immediately focused on helping me get my new juicer up and running. That level of customer care made me feel even better about choosing Nama. Another thing I appreciate about the J2 is the cleanup. I love my Nama juicer it's quiet and so quick to clean and makes the perfect juices out of pretty much anything that I make!!! This juicer has been incredible! As of August 2nd, I’ve had my new Nama Juicer for a month. I take videos while I load my Nama Juicer and upload them to TikTok! I love this juicer. I can put it together easier than I did the first time of use. It’s easy! I juice most days and it is so nice to fill the tank and step away for a moment, come back and your juice is made. I appreciate this juicer and expect that I will be able to keep it for many years.

Nama J2 is the best juicer ever! It's super easy to use and very practical. I also love the citrus attachment, especially since I have an orange tree and I am able to make fresh orange juice all the time.

Fabulous unit. We have only used this unit to make almond milk, watched the very helpful online videos & suggested recipes, and couldn’t be happier. I can’t speak from experience regarding other nut milk makers, but this unit rocks! It is amazingly easy to use and clean up. It really does make superior quality milk, and worth every penny.

It’s the best juicer I have ever had!!

This is my first time owning a juicer and after doing a lot of research, I chose the Nama. I am so glad I did because the juicer is really easy to use and it is very quiet while juicing even the toughest roots. Assembly is super easy and taking it apart to wash is even easier. The juicer gets every single ounce of juice without having to do another pass. It also stores easily and does not take up a lot of space.
