The customer support is as good as the juicer. Parts wear out for meand before the next batch is to be made. The best.

I have owned other juicers and my Nama is by far my favorite! It is super quiet and efficient. And I love how easily I can juice large amounts of fruits and veggies, including leafy greens at one time, and clean up just as easily.

Dear Nama, Your customer service and product quality, especially packaging, is excellent! Unfortunately, I had to pay almost double the price for my juicer in duties and shipping, because I live in the Caribbean. To put into context, my total bill was more than four times my monthly salary! Shipping took 2 weeks, which is expected. The saddest part is, after waiting excitedly to begin my health journey, it's still sitting unused on the counter. The cost of fruits and vegetables is ridiculously high, and imported produce is of the poorest quality. If only I had a farm!

Good juicer , very easy to use and quiet. However very hard to clean. I still have bits of carrot stuck in there that I can’t get out completely.
