I have returned my order a month ago and still haven’t received the refund. I have emailed the company but have not heard back from them. Please help me with this issue. I would like my refund back as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service, basically told issue was my fault and this was at christmas time. Wont shop again

It’s never nice to have purchased a nice garment that has been pulled off the rack and shoved into a box , as this speaks volumes about the care put into the product , NM is a class act, this is my first experience and they have earned a client with these small but very important and often forgotten gestures
