What a great idea to combine both zinc and copper into a single range hood design. It looks precisely what we needed over our kitchen range made of stainless steel decorated with polished golden color knobs and hinges. Both the range and the hood made of zinc decorated that way look great together. I am satisfied from my purchase on Rustica House site.

I was delighted when Rustica House confirmed this zinc range hood was available in custom size. And I mean the custom size. We were looking for a central piece for our cottage oversized kitchen and needed a hood six feet wide and five tall venting to the ceiling. It is a good looking product and serves the purpose of drawing attention for anybody walking in to our kitchen dining area.

I am a single in a large house remodeling my bathroom in country style. This copper bathtub was a perfect choice. I made sure the drain was made at the lower end and it included a drain back connection. It is rustic tub but at the same very elegant. I am satisfied from the copper tub I received and they way the it was packed. Rustica House customer service was professional and meat my expectations.

We purchased a range hood earlier this year. It is very nice and in fact the center piece of our remodel. My big issue is that Bogdan promised us a builder discount. When asked he claims the refund was made to our PayPal account. When asked for proof of refund he suddenly stopped responding. He basically stole $260. That is shady business.

First, I must say that I love my hood. However, the first hood was damaged during shipping. The item was replaced, but I had to wait another 5 weeks for a replacement. Second, I was not charged as agreed upon. Bogden promised a rebated through my builder, and this never happened. He feel off the face of the earth after dragging the transaction out past when American Express would deal with the issue. Sketchy!

I am giving 5 stars now for the customer service portion of our transaction. Bogdan has been very responsive - during the pre order and after receipt of "a" range hood, just not "our" range hood. We are now in the process of returning the hood vent we received and Bogdan has placed a rush order for a replacement. I can say that the one we opened, while not to our specs, was beautiful, so we are very excited to see what they create for us. I fell in love with this copper vent hood shape and the fact we were offered to manufacture it taller than advertised. Our kitchen is fourteen feet tall and in standard height the hood would be too far away from the range surface. Delivered within the time frame specified on the product page. Satisfied customer.

I recently ordered this range hood that was received in great shape the end of this last week. Unfortnately, I believe it is in the honey color and not the chocolate color as ordered. There is not order/confirmation slip the package, just paperwork regarding the shipping. Wondering if there is anything that can be done or someplace it can be taken to darken the color. We do not want to return the range hood because it is really beautiful, I just want to see if we have any option to darken the color a litlle bit.

My order was to have shipped per a Fed Ex notice, but was delayed. Rustica House charged my credit card when I placed the order. No problem. I waited another week and it still did not ship, I emailed and called Rustica House over four times getting only a promise that "someone" would contact me. A few more weeks and I did received my product. It was wrapped very well and is lovely, BUT, IT WAS NOT THE MODEL I ORDERED. I called twice over a week's time and was again told someone would get back to me. They have not responded. I am stuck with something I did not order. I suggest you look somewhere else for products from Mexico. Not worth the frustration and potential loss of your purchase dollars.

Was notified 2 weeks ago that a faucet I ordered in July was being shipped and would arrive Aug18. Still haven't received it, FedX tracking only has that a label was made and delivery is pending. This is holding up completion on my remodel oroject.when I call Rustica phone number, it's an answering service with no real Rustica employees that can help. I've paid over $400 for the faucet that looks like I'm never going to receive.

Although the sink and pedestal are very pretty and colors are true to online pictures,the sink is much smaller than I expected.But the main issue is that I received the pedestal with a chip on the bottom. We took apart the entire package and there were no pieces in it so it appears that it was shipped with a chip.
