Can not find a phone number for some questions

I just want to express my disappointment with this company. I have been working with them for 6 months going back and forth with my order and now with incorrect measurements. I was told I would have a custom hood built to fit a standard blower and that was not what I received. Prior to ordering I sent the specs for the blower to make sure the hood would fit correctly and was assured it would fit. Upon receiving my custom hood, the blower clearly did not fit. I had to hire a welder at the tune of $700.00 to re fit the blower into the hood. Originally, I was told Rusticate would pay $200.00 for the mistake; however this was not the case. I submitted my receipt from the Welder and asked that Rustica pay as this was their error and I was misled upon purchasing the hood. I have gone back and forth with emails and at this time no one has contacted me or credited me for the problem. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Their customer service is just awful!

I have been trying to reach someone for two days regarding an online order. No success. Is impossible to edit on site and impossible to delete. There is no contact number. No place to ask a question as advertised. Would love to be able to speak or "chat" with someone regarding. Very frustrating

What an awful experience! Spent $4,300 on a range hood. The product was poorly packaged, it was in a pallet box with no styrofoam. The shipping company dropped it off in our grass, did not have us sign anything. Once opened we discovered it was extremely damaged. The company is not doing anything!

I ordered several mirrors from this site in October. A follow-up email from the company indicated I would be notified by text and by email when the shipment was made. I received neither. I followed-up with an email inquiring why the shipment was taking so long and was then informed for the first time it was delivered. Unfortunately, it was shipped uninsured and without a signature required. In addition to no notice of the shipment, FEDEX delivered the package, over $500, to the wrong person, inexplicably at the correct address. FEDEX claims no responsibility since it has a phantom signature. Rustica House claims no responsibility, but does suggest I track down the offending party. Right. This company is 100% inept and you are risking 100% of the money you spend because they take no responsibility. They rate a zero for customer service and support. Go someplace else.

I'm a contractor who's customer let him do whatever I wanted to her Kitchen.. and my main focal point was going to be the vent hood I ordered online.. I spent a couple of weeks emailing owner about the hood and he answered everything even about a couple of bad reviews.. I was worried bc coming from Mexico and customs at the border,, would there be a holdup, would it get loss, damaged there,, owner explained that it takes about 2 weeks.. I decided to pull the trigger and go with Rustica House.. 1st, in 25 years of having my construction company I have never taking the time to write a review so this is a big deal, also in those 25yrs we have never advertised our company, it has always been word of mouth and we are always booked and have never left a customer unhappy no matter what.. just a little back story so you know what Im about to say has a little weight behind it.. so here it goes, since putting up vent hood and having people coming to look at finished kitchen, in 5 weeks we have signed 3 more kitchen mostly bc of that vent hood.. Everything that was as promised was delivered,, it came in on time,, the craftsmanship was 1st class, all dimensions were dead on.. and last it is just absolutely beautiful.. needless to say my customer is over the moon with her new kitchen and loves loves her vent hood.. I do regret not buying my sinks from these guys for that kitchen.. but I have there number now and they will be my go to copper, vent, sink etc company.. Thank You Rustica House & All Ur Employees For A Perfect Product...

I ordered a wall mural from these people back in October and after a lot of confusion about the order I finally got the order in for wall mural for my wife's birthday and anniversary. When the mural arrived it was in 4X4 inch tiles and I had ordered it in 6X6. 24 emails and shipping it back they tell me that PayPal's site didn't accept their attempt to refund my money. Numerous phone calls and emails later with Paypay I escalated the case to a "claim" today and was just told that the case was ruled in my favor. This was a three-month-long nightmare. Be advised they are a tough place to do business.

I ordered and anticipated my zinc vent hood for weeks. When it came I was not ready to install it so checked to ensure it was not damaged and stored it. When I finally installed my vent hood it did not look hand crafted..but homemade. The front rail of the hood was not level and even with the other rail on the front of the hood. It is lopsided! When I attempted to call Rustica, I got a voicemail that said any complaints or correspondence had to be via email which I sent several times with no response. I finally decided to write a review because I now look at this lopsided range hood in my gorgeous new kitchen every day and it upsets me. I see many five star reviews....that was not the case with me. Order at your own risk!

I place my order for Mexican tiles on November 2nd , it’s December 17 and all they have to say is, it is under production. No estimate time of delivery. Very disappointed, don’t think I will ever order from them again. Julie Pereira

we are very disappointed in in Rustica House ability to communicate with us. it was not posted that orders to the USA take a month or more to cross, which we had a construction deadlines that this information would have been useful. also, we kept trying to get an ETA and they just refunded our money without telling us... we thought the order was at customer but it wasn't. again, no emails.

i have called customer twice now and nobody will answer any questions about the hood range i was wanting to order( which was 3850.00 by they way ). i was told to give them my information and a sales person would call me back when they could. it's been two days and nobody has called and nobody will answer some simple but important questions about their product for me. it's almost like it's not a real company or something. very strange. i'll take my money else where.

Ordered a copper tub. It is beautiful. Customer service zero. Under Production still shows on my order, a week after delivery, when delivery company called , I contacted Rustica and got no info but sarcasm. The tub while beautiful has a bottom that flexes and edges do not drain. When plumber called Rustica seeking information because even plumbing supply did not have drains to fit that tub, just told “we don’t have anything to do with it”. Only get answering service when you call. Rustica appears to be a middle man to a “shop” in Mexico. No brand behind product.

This tub is a beautiful work of art, created by talented craftsmen. While I was not able to reach anyone by phone with my questions, Bogdan was very responsive to by email inquiries. I ordered a custom size, and it fit perfectly through my doorway and in the space. I look forward to enjoying long baths in my copper tub, which will retain heat much longer than my old fiberglass tub. I also love that copper has antimicrobial properties, so I don't have to worry about not using chemical cleaners. The tub arrived extremely well protected and looks wonderful in my vintage style bathroom.

Upon asking about this products whereabouts for 2 months and getting NO RESPONSE to my queries, I was worried that this product would never come, and that Rustica wasn't going to tell me anything. THEN, it finally arrived and it is beautiful. The artist did a fantastic job at painting my Texas Sink and I'm very pleased with how well it was packaged! Thanks for the beautiful artistic sink. I'd love to order more from this company but that lack of communication makes me think again.

Overall the tiles are beautiful if you are willing to wait up to a month and a half for your order to be received. They use Amazon pay as well which is highly frustrating. I am uncertain why they do this instead of a direct credit card pay option. You also have to create an account. All I want to do is order not create an account. When you call you get a calling center. Not a direct representative. Which is also highly frustrating. Customer service is not clear as there is little direct communication. Also, I only received a partial shipment! So now I have to start the frustrating communications process all over! I do think the tiles are gorgeous. However, I will NEVER order from this company again. They will need to send the rest of my order or issue a refund. If you decide to order from this company do so with CAUTION and extreme PATIENCE. The products are good, but the customer service is wholly unacceptable. I run two businesses and in my opinion, there is much to be desired here.

I would love to purchase a hood but can't get a hold of anyone to ask questions?? Can't even get a response back when I input email and phone...ridiculous! I guess they are not hurting for business
