Gifted a gift card just over a year on one and 2 years on another but they don't work. I made a few small purchases last year but the funds aren't available and support staff hasn't returned my inquiry from 3 weeks ago.

I have placed 3 orders in the last few months. 2 of them you guys never update me on anything until I reached out after over a month of not receiving items then you proceed to tell me it’s out of stock after I reached out and cancelled my orders. I tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but your company continues to treat customer like me as a joke and afterthought. I will never order from your company again and urges all my friends to stay away from you
