Terrible service. The tennis bag I ordered my daughter has not been delivered over a week now. She needed it for her matches last week and is so disappointed. I’ll never order anything from Tennis Warehouse again!!

I was able to purchase ready and available, in stock shoes, directly from Asics. If there could have been a timeline as to availability of the "Pre-Order" format from your company, it may have affected my decision to purchase.

"PICKLEBALL?" this is sick. why is this even in an email? Padel has been around for a century. Why are you jumping on the media bandwagon and supporting this horrible thing? I loathe "pickleball!"

On time delivery

I bought a pair of K-Swiss that do not fit properly. Tried to initiate return process online. Did not hear back. Email support@pickleballexpress and did not hear back. Tried to call directly today and got voicemail. What is going on pickleball express?
