They don’t ship next business day. It doesn’t arrive even after a week. My son couldn’t get his birthday gift on his birthday. I prefer to use tennis wearhouse which is more reliable and fast shipment.

Thanks to Charlie Jeurgen nudging and then inviting my in, I overcame my resistance and now am hooked! Court reserve and open play are so easy to use and efficient. Maybe during busy season (e. g. winter, one can be allowed to cancel within 4 rather than 24hrs). Great pros starting with Pernille who has been helpful with instructions and Sam. I wish I could come in early to do drills by myself and be allowed to use PBA basket of balls. This would allow me to drill things the instructors have pointed out during lessons. While I cannpracyice in games, I find it better to drill alone sometimes before the games. Great facility and community.

the website was giving false information and the purchase of the shoes I was going to try was not at a SALE NOW code. Even though below the photo/description it indicated this code. When I wrote to customer service to ask about what had happened, I was told there was nothing they could, nor would do. They lost me as a customer.
