Just started taking one of these a day about a week ago, I tend to have good energy already, but this I feel is giving me a noticeable boost. Interested to see how I feel after taking them longer.

I have a tendency to be dehydrated. This product has a really wonderful taste not that overly sweet taste in many other products. Love the way I feel after drinking it. I would highly recommend!

I would’ve never imagined to take Ashwaghanda for sleep but I have to say I’m noticing a difference. This is saying a lot as I’ve had sleep issues for quite a bit and tried a lot of supplements (most of which don’t really do anything for me). Obviously there’s a LOT that goes into fixing sleep issues than just supplements, but on the supplement side, this ashwaghanda was a pleasant surprise.

It has great ingredients but the taste could be better. It's not bad but needs some improvement.

Instructions were easy to follow. The results provided quickly. I like the fact that a list of high omega 3 foods was provided with the results.

I've tried COUNTLESS different electrolytes and this is without a doubt the best. The quality of ingredients in this are superior to all the "leading" electrolytes out there. Plus the taste is delicious.

I had recently taken a break from weight lifting for a couple of weeks due to having die-off symptoms from a gut infection. I had tried resuming my routine a few times but found that I lacked the stamina. I was incredibly discouraged. I had been down since receiving my Electrolyte Stix and hadn’t tried them because I didn’t want to “waste” them on not working out. Today, I did a full hour LB session today (deadlifts, sumo squats, hip thrusts, split squats, reverse lunges). It felt great to get back at it. I will definitely be using these to full my workouts from now on. My husband is a firefighter and he loves them for work.

I posted earlier that I had an issue with my order. Since I cannot delete it, unfortunately, at least I can amend it to what’s happened since. I ordered several products and two of the mct powders. I use mct every morning in my 2 cups of coffee. I like the powder which is also convenient for travel, and Myoxcience powder is the Only one I have found that mixes with a spoon. All others need a frothed or blender. Second, this mct powder is C-8 which compared to the typical mct C-10 is much easier for your digestion, as it assimilates gently. Since Customer service did take care of my prior issue, I will definitely repurchase their mct powder. Definitely the best I’ve had, and I’ve tried a lot of brands.

Really good! Not too salty. Plan to buy more!
