Out family are very active, playing tennis and volleyball...I was looking for a vitamin that would be tasty and with natural ingredients. Electrolyte Stix in the 45 serving offering is not in the individual serving "Stix" type packaging, misleading in my opinion. The electrolyte itself is fine but you will need to use a scoop in loose powder packaging for the 45 serving offering.

We used these daily on a week long hike averaging 13 miles/day over all kinds of terrain. They kept us hydrated and energetic for the challenges.

The product seems to be good itself, but was thoroughly disappointed when I opened it, it was barely half full.

I shared all my positive feedback on the social sites but forgot to write a review here! I can not believe I waited so long to order the berberine. I’ve been listening to Mike on Youtube & podcasts for years but didn’t think I needed to add another supplement to my already packed shelves of stuff “I need” for a healthy lifestyle right? But I am so glad I ordered. We are a military family and Mike was offering 20% off on veterans day and it was speaking to me!
