I haven’t lost any weight or noticed any appetite changes because I haven’t been taking this very long. I do recognize I have more energy and my mental health has improved.

I live in Florida and the summer heat can quickly deplete your electrolytes. I love having a pack in my water before surfing/ boxing etc and feel less dehydrated after.

I use the electrolytes everyday, but I have seen a great improvement in muscle contraction at the end of workouts. I have also noticed I do not have muscle spasms at the end of high volume heavy lifting days.

It's the perfect mix of flavor and salt to quench my thirst during my workouts. I add a tsp of beet powder which reduces the saltiness, although I don't mind the salty flavor

I have zero desire to snack after dinner. This was a problem before. Also, despite an uber-difficult 5 months, with half the workouts and 1 month no workouts due to a mild (2nd) bout if the beerbug and an injury, I have not regained any weight. Finally, the guy at the health food store said that this is why I had such a mild case of the beerbug.

I didn't really know much about L-Theanine until watching a video from Mike and thought I'd give this a try.
