I have started taking the MyOva Preconception tablets as I am trying for a baby. I went on them for 3 months and forgot to subscribe for more. I took a short break as I wasn’t sure they were doing anything for me. Well….. My PMS was awful, my moods were terrible and I really struggled. I hadn’t noticed how bad my periods were affecting me until the tablets made things better so when I stopped them my PMS hit me full force. They have regulated my periods to 31 days and I don’t feel so awful during them in terms of moods and heavy flows.

I suffer with endometriosis & unfortunately these supplements really aggravated & flared my condition causing me to be in pain on a daily basis. I don’t not normally write reviews but felt it was important to share to advise other women suffering with Endometriosis to please get medical advice for taking these tablets. Other than this, I did notice a positive change in my skin, hair, nails & general mood.

I cannot comment of the quality of the pills yet, trust it should be longer period to see the result. However, the pills are very large and I can’t swallow it in one go. Only by breaking in half. Four pills per day is a lot - not what I used to.

Tablets are very large, they can be split evenly however are very jagged, would benefit from a divider mark, crumble when split with pull splitter and not nice to chew/mix with food. I'll likely stick to capsules next time for inositol supplements. Usually don't have an issue with tablet size but these are excessive

I am currently trying to conceive and after having my contraceptive implant taken out I’ve felt my body is needing some extra TLC. My periods were a bit erratic and I was having random bouts of spotting. I also felt exhausted and just run down. Since taking these tablets I now have regular cycles which run like clockwork and I ovulate each month. I have also lost weight and feel much healthier. I have no problem swallowing the tablets despite them being quite large. I would say they have also helped to regulate my mood for the better.
