I have Pcos and my periods are really irregular. I hadn’t had a proper period for 7 months I started taking them at the beginning of the year and have just got my second period after only a 34 day gap. I cannot tell you how happy I am. I have taken My Ova on a few separate occasions as I'd heard such positive things about it but on each occasion it has had a negative effect on my mental health. Whatever it does to hormones and to neurotransmitters clearly doesn't work for me as my mood symptoms - irritability, depression, anxiety are much worse on My Ova plus.

Nothing much no difference yet

I’ve been taking 1 Myoplus and 2 Metabolism twice daily for about 6 weeks and after years of unexplained bloating, I’m finally starting to get my shape back. Haven’t even been exercising more. I’m so chuffed. Feeling much more normal, and this period was longer (had started to get concerned with it reducing to 3 days and then 2). Ive suspected I may have PCOS for a while, though wasn’t sure. But thought I’d give this a go. Whether I do or I don’t, MyOva is the first thing that’s helped me regulate my hormones in years and I’m really grateful!

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, had irregular periods so was put on the pills. Struggled to lose weight during my 20s, eventually stopped pills at 30 and changed my lifestyle. Lost 5 stones and a constant battle to keep it off. Followed a healthy lifestyle and had regular periods but wasn’t ovulating. I started taking the pre conception pills early this year at the age of 38 for 6 months and now 4 months pregnant!

Customer Service is surprisingly poor. My shipment took 13 days to arrive. James at the company said there was nothing he could do, that we just had to wait to see what happened with Royal Mail.

These are amazing! I have only being taking them for two weeks but I have noticed I haven’t been craving sugar like I normally would have an evening. As someone who HATES swallowing tablets and the taste of make me shiver. These are amazing i chew them with some water and they taste fine!! (May even say nice) Hopefully I see even more positive affects in next coming weeks.

Easy delivery, I thought they were slightly expensive at first but they are so worth it! I have pcos and could go 6 months without having a period, I have been taking the pre conception supplements for five months now and have had a regular cycle and period 4 months in a row! I am so impressed and grateful. I had ovulation confirmed last month and this month and currently in my two week wait so fingers crossed!
