Every time I come off the pill, it takes at least a year for my scattergun period to restart. Thanks to MyOva, it's taken three weeks. I've never been more pleased to see my period!

Since taking these pills I have seen a reduction in my “problem” skin. I just take two per day rather than four as the pills have high quantities of some B vitamins that are known to aggravate skin conditions. I take two, paired with 2-3g of powdered Myo-inositol in warm water, and a probiotic. I have noticed fewer pustules, which has been great! We haven’t started TTC just yet but I’ve been taking them in the month or so before trying in the hope that they help. I can’t give five stars as a result!

So I have been taking Myoinositol from my ova for about 2 months now. Let me tell you IT HAS REGULATED MY PERIODS. I am gobsmacked I haven’t used any other brands but to say it has kicked me into a regular cycle with less bloating, less breakouts, less brain fog. It has really helped me. Great product!! Always helps my cramps leading up to and during my period. It also helps me sleep without pain if I drink it before going to bed! Definitely recommend.

Pills are massive, they hurt my throat everytime I try to swallo them and taking 4 a day make it very difficult. This has a massive impact on the adherence to the treatment. I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and they cause me stomach pain and nausea but I guess this normal.

I swapped to MyOva when I finally got my PCOS diagnosis. I had been using another brand but felt these were tailored much more to my needs. What can I say other than these were an absolute game changer! I hadn't had my period in 8 months and was about to start a course of progesterone but after four weeks of taking these they were back! I've also noticed a massive change to my fatigue and brain fog - I just feel like I'm getting back to my normal self. I've now just ordered my next bottle along with the preconception supplements. The only draw back for me is that these tablets are huge! I have to mentally prepare myself as I'm not great at taking tablets at the best of times so I have to build myself up to take them.
