I was initially pretty disappointed with the product because there was a (quite) visible defect with the framing process. I submitted a complaint, and Mpix was quick to send me a replacement. The replaced product was great.

Every order I receive from Mpix turns out perfectly. I would like to see different tape used inside to hold the prints in place, but it just means I have to extra careful, so not the end of the world!
