The watch was a Christmas gift for our daughter in law. It arrived on time and was well packaged. She was very pleased. Seems like a quality watch and the band color is very pretty.

it's ok. Arrived on time , If you expect a chunky feel you will not have that. It keeps time as expected . sharp looking, I love the square look.

Disappointing experience with Movado. I ordered a watch well before Christmas, and the engraving was accepted on their website. About a week later, I was contacted and asked to change the engraving, which caused further delays. As a result, the watch did not arrive by Christmas. I requested a 15% refund due to the late delivery, but this was denied. For a high-end product, the customer service was poor and unaccommodating
