I returned an item i purchased on January 2, 2026 and still havent received my refund.

the watch and engraving was perfect - fast shipping and beautiful packaging

I dont know what the watch is like but the processing and shipping of the order sucks as it has been three weeks and it is still on the other side of the country.

The watch is beautiful and I'm happy with it. However, I'm unhappy with the service because it is supposed to be a gift and I marked the purchase as such, but no ribbon came with the package. After contacting Customer service, they said are not able to rectify it and send replacement ribbons. For the cost of the watch, I expected much better Customer service. Disappointed.
