First, the original watch purchased delivered with a watch that did not run (dead battery?). Returned it and re-ordered…. replacement watch arrives and it also doesn’t run! Contacted a Movado store to see if they could replace battery - no, it has to go to factory repair center. The store also advised they had the watch in stock but can’t just exchange it. So… returned the defective replacement watch and went to Movado store and bought a working one. Wife loves the watch, btw and I have to say customer service reps were excellent.
