I never received it

Exactly what I ordered - looks great. FedEx messed up the initial order but the customer service at Movado took care of it and had it reshipped right away. Would definitely buy another watch through them

I ordered this watch on or about Dec 23, 2025. Today it is Jan 13, 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing!

I am rating due to customer service. I had an issue with shipping and the customer service was not helpful in any way and rather dismissive. Very disappointing. Did not receive the product.

Item was not recieved i think its lost within fedex and you have not tried to help at all. You say you shipped it its not your problem. It will be when the paypal chargeback hits

I own multiple watches including 3 Movados. I made the decision to buy my 19 year old son his first Movado and have it engraved for Christmas. When the watch arrived on Christmas Eve and I opened it up and noticed that the engraving did not happen. I was very disappointed because I was very excited about this gift. When I emailed customer support all they basically said was sorry if you mail it back to us we will engrave it for you. That’s very disappointing.

I never received my watch!!! I ordered it it was shipped and then they turned around and sent it back with no explanation. Now I have to fight for a refund.

The watch is absolutely beautiful. Was easy doing business online. I have bought two prior Men’s watches from Movado, a concord & ebel watch.

Just a simple and clean looking watch. Nice 40mm size not too small. Delivery was quick and packaging was good. Will definitely buy from Movado again.
