The best packaging I’ve seen for offroad stuff. Hard getting info on the order status but once I did, they told me where it was in the process. It shipped when they said it would.

My original package was lost in transport. I called MORE and they sent out another right away. Very Happy with customer service and quality of MORE products. I always try to buy USA made products.

Delivery time and products were good. Communication a little lacking but as the time to delivery was not bad I had my parts before I had much time to worry about ETA.

The instructions are lacking. I had to go other places to actually see what is going on and found on forums the same response. I suggest adding an exploded view of the entire install, you could probably then eliminate a bunch of the words that to me make no sense. I gave it 5 stars since it is a nice design. Also be aware when ordering the "fine print". I ordered the incorrect bracket, one of these relocates the entire box forward which I did not want. I think you should include this in the Steering Box heading not in the explanation. Thanks.

Everything I have ordered has worked as advertised and customer support was terrific. My only criticism is lead time before your order arrives. But I understand some of these kits are probably produced once in order is placed. I have more projects planned, including a V8 engine swap, and I will be ordering motor mounts for that project soon
