I had something of a complicated problem regarding Hepco & Becker tank bag mounts. Motomachines staff were, as always, very helpful sorting things out. They do good work.

So far so good. Whenever I email a question, the answer is returned pretty quickly. Since most of the stuff that I am ordering is coming out of Germany, it's helpful to understand what is happening from a time line perspective. The folks at Motomachines are doing a great job!

I ordered it - they shipped it. There was a slight lag as something was not available at the time of my order (that was not detailed on the site). 'Could have posted an update. I think it shipped about 5 days after I ordered. My general procedure is to not look to get something shipped to me in a big hurry so all's well. If you need motorcycle accessories - buy 'em in the winter.
